Returns
All sales are final due to all orders being customized; however, replacement, store credit, or refunds will only be issued after merchandise is received and verified. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. shipping is non-refundable. We will refund shipping cost only if the return is the result of a Express Custom Designs error
Verification Procedure:
All items that are returned will be verified that we have done what is expected. If there were any mistakes that were done on our part, you will either credited or a replacement can be sent out.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
To return a product: ExpressCustomdesigns.com must be notified within 7 days of receipt of shipment of any items that need to be returned. All merchandise returns must the order number and reason for returns.

: Please enclose the invoice along with a detailed letter pertaining to the nature of the problem

Any merchandise returned after 7 days from the receipt date of purchase will be subject to a 65% Restocking Fee for non defective orders and any unauthorized returns will not receive credit, you will be notifided by phone and/or email. All merchandise must be unused an in a resalable condition with its original packaging.
